Occasionally the companies that manufacture media for dye sublimation, especially dye sublimation transfer (a different breed of animal than a desktop dye sub for proofing color photos), will have booklets. Agfa has a wide variety of booklets on color management and pre-press, though nothing dedicated specifically to dye sub printers.
